A King's Lynn man died after succumbing to multiple medical conditions, an inquest heard.
Brett Coleman, 35, of North Everard Street, King's Lynn, died at the town's Queen Elizabeth Hospital on April 12.
He had been suffering from bilateral pneumonia, anaemia, severe diabetes and liver problems.
At an inquest in Norwich, Norfolk Coroner William Armstrong recorded that Mr Coleman died of natural causes following acute cardiac failure.
