The next meeting of Thorpe St Andrew Town Council will be held on Monday, July 2.
The usual business and announcements will feature alongside an opportunity for public participation and monthly reports from the town mayor and clerk.
Other items on the agenda which are set to be discussed include the town council's recreation projects for 2012-13 and the lease of a telecoms site in Laundry Lane.
The public are welcome to attend the meeting, which will be held from 7.30pm at the Dussindale Centre, in Pound Lane.
