Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's new Norwich eatery could be opening in June.
As previously reported, a Jamie's Italian restaurant is due to open up in the former Waterstones site in the Royal Arcade. The head chef and general manager positions for the Norwich venue are now being advertised on the Jamie's Italian website, and a spokesman for the chain said they were working towards opening in June.
The advert for the head chef position, which has a �36,000 salary, says the head chef will lead a team of about 30 chefs. The advert for general manager, which has a �38,000 salary, says the manager would have about 100 staff, and it is expected the restaurant will serve 5,000 covers a week.
A company spokesman has previously said the restaurant opening is part of a rapid national expansion of the Jamie's Italian chain.
