Following recent tragedies at beaches in our region and across the country, we have created a guide on how the stay safe whilst at the beach.
It has advice on where it is safe to swim in the sea, information on rip currents and tips on how to stay hydrated.
It also features a map of where you can find lifeguard stations and lifeguarded beaches in the region.
