Financial benefits from three new housing developments have been agreed by North Norfolk District Council.
Community benefits from the residential sites, yet to be developed, on land owned by Gresham's School in Holt were discussed at Holt Town Council meeting this week.
The application for up to 126 homes off Cromer Road, as well as 19 and eight homes on two sports fields off Grove Lane, were approved by the district council last month.
Section 106 money contributions from the developers will go towards school and library improvements and the protection of important wildlife habitats.
Some £7,500 will also go towards a bus shelter; £51,000 will be for public open space; £44,000 will be for health care improvements and £35,000 will go towards a hopper bus service.
Money from the land sales for the homes will go towards a new Gresham's School sixth-form centre and the school's boarding houses.
