House fire overnight at Walpole St Peter

Fire crews fought a house fire at Walpole St Peter for more than an hour overnight.

Teams from West Walton and King’s Lynn were called to Church Street shortly before 1.30am after the alarm was raised.

No people have been reported as being effected or injured during the fire, which had been extinguished by 2.37am.

Crews used breathing apparatus and hose reel jets as well as thermal imaging cameras to check for hotspots.
