A 60-YEAR-OLD was assaulted after confronting three men fighting in the front garden of his Belton home.
The victim, who lived in St John's Road, heard shouting outside his property between 2.20am and 2.30am on January 29.
After investigating the shouting, he found three men fighting in his garden.
He suffered minor injuries during the assault by one of the men.
The men are described as white, in their early 20s, one had a rucksack and another was wearing a light green jacket.
