East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) snuggled up with The Original Snuggle Sac Company in a bid to raise �5,000.
The Hethel-based company wants to raise the money for EACH, who provide care and support for local children and their families, by making a donation for every Snuggle Sac sold.
As well as raising funds, the company has also donated Snuggle Sacs to the hospice for the children to enjoy.
Tina Lane, The Original Snuggle Sac Company managing director, said: 'I'm delighted to be working with such a positive, pro-active and exciting organisation which visibly achieves so much.
'There is a wonderfully uplifting feel about the hospices and l hope our involvement can help emphasise the joy and pleasure EACH provides to so many children and their families.'
Lyndsey Whitfield, EACH play specialist, said: 'All the youngsters at our recent sibling day were really excited when they found out they were going to get their own Snuggle Sac, and all had fun choosing which one they were going to take home.'
