The woman, in her 40s, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn for treatment.
A helicopter crew from the Magpas Helimedix Air Ambulance and the ambulance service attended the incident in Sutton St James on Saturday afternoon to treat the woman for serious head and back injuries.
Magpas medics initially assessed the patient when they arrived on the scene at 1:17pm, and gave her pain relief before the journey to hospital by land ambulance.
The patient was said to be in a stable condition. The ambulance crew was from the East Midlands Ambulance Service.
