Hundreds of people from across the county came together at a special event which gives those with disabilities the chance to try a range of different sports.
The Adult Multi-Sport Festival for adults with disabilities was held at the UEA Sportspark in Norwich today.
Now in its fifth year, the Active Norfolk event saw more than 275 participants have a go at 12 different sports.
Sports this year included tennis, golf, rounders and athletics. There was also a new 'come and try' zone where participants were able to learn a bit more about wheelchair basketball with the Norwich Lowriders and the new Norwich wheelchair rugby initiative.
Ellen Vanlint, sports development officer at Active Norfolk, said: 'It was a fantastic day, our biggest attendance to date. This was the fifth year of the Adult Disability Festival and this one was especially pleasing not only due to the number of participants from all across Norfolk but also the variety of different organisations who were present as well.'
