An 'informal open conversation' will ask whether it should be easier for Norfolk patients to access essential information.
Discussions will include patient communication, symptom awareness, community support, and knowledge and accessing information.
Organisers said everyone involved with patients is welcome, including those with experience of diabetes, Down's Syndrome, ME, genetic diseases, cancer and stroke, and asked people who represent charities or patient groups, or who are interested individuals with a point of view, to attend.
Dr Ian Gibson, trustee of cancer charity PDT Norfolk, will host it at the Curve, in the Forum in Norwich, tomorrow, from 11am to 1pm. No ticket is required.
