The East of England Ambulance Service said it received a call to Morston Road at 12.43pm today to a woman in anaphylactic shock.
An ambulance crew, a rapid response vehicle, and the East Anglian Air Ambulance attended the scene.
They treated a woman in her 40s who was conscious and breathing, but not alert.
She was airlifted to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further treatment.
