An air ambulance was scrambled after reports that a man in his 60s was suffering from breathing difficulties.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance was called to the incident in Sheringham at about 8.50am on Wednesday, March 22.
But in the end, the man, who lives at a private address, was taken by land ambulance to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further care, an East of England ambulance service spokesman said.
There are no further reports of the man's condition in hospital.
