Harleston Primary School gym club has won gold again, beating nine other county finalists at the East Anglian regional finals.
The team, comprising Max Ashken, Jacob Baugh, Matthew Renaut, Genevieve Nice, Amie Seaman and Morgan Eastick, remained calm and confident, performing near-perfect routines and beating teams from Cambridge, Northampton, Essex and the other six remaining counties at the finals in Stowmarket on July 12.
The gymnasts, who were accompanied by gym teachers Bev Beaumont and Georgina White, each received a gold medal and the team were presented with a plaque and a cup for the school.
Mrs Beaumont said: 'I am absolutely delighted that our young gymnasts have received recognition for their skill, determination and attitude.
'To have beaten so many different teams is truly an inspiration to all in our school and a fitting end to our Olympic project.'
