Jennifer Moore, 26, of Malt Office Lane, Rumburgh, near Halesworth, had surgery at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (N&N).

Her condition deteriorated further and she died in ITU on January 25, 2015.
The medical cause of death was given as brain damage consistent with an insulin overdose.
The hearing was adjourned for a full inquest on July 12, 2016.
