A Great Yarmouth teenager accused of causing the death of two people by careless driving is expected to enter pleas to the charges in December.
Daniel Watts, 19, of North Denes Road, is accused of causing the death of 15-year-old Shannley Leaver, of Gorleston, by driving a Citroen Saxo on the A12 at Frostenden, near Lowestoft, without due care and attention on October 8 last year.
Shannley, who went to Lynn Grove High School, was a passenger in the car Watts was driving, which was involved in a collision with a Peugeot 106 being driven by Roland Giles.
Watts is also accused of causing the death of Mr Giles, 55, from Knodishall, near Saxmundham, by driving without due care and attention.
Watts appeared at Ipswich Crown Court yesterday for a preliminary hearing and the case was adjourned until December 12 for a plea to be taken.
