People have been reassured that Gorleston High Street is not closed to traffic, after a water main burst last night.
Essex and Suffolk Water fixed the main and the supply was restored at 7.05am today.
But a spokesman for First Buses said services are currently diverting down Church Lane on the advice of the county council's highways department.
A Great Yarmouth Borough Council spokesman said: 'The council would like to clarify that Gorleston High Street is not closed to traffic following the recent works to tackle a burst water main there.'
