A Suffolk music festival is appealing for local music acts to apply to take part in this year's event.
Gig in the Park returns to Halesworth for its 15th instalment this year and will be held a week later than usual.
The festival will take place between Friday, August 10 and Sunday, August 12 and although gig goers will have to wait for the headliners to be announced, new developments for this year's event have been unveiled.
The former second stage will be known as the unplugged@giginthepark stage and will feature acoustic style performers.
The third stage, which was known as The Jungle Stage, will be The Other stage and is designed to be a platform for local artists.
The team behind it are now appealing for experienced acts within a 30 mile radius of Halesworth to come forward and apply to perform on this stage.
Applications will start from Saturday through the website www.giginthepark.co.uk
Last year's event headliners included Stockholm-based punk blues band Baskery and 1970s 2-tone group The Beat.
