The family of a man whose death seven years ago remains unsolved have joined detectives to make a fresh appeal for information.
Jan Hogan's body was found in his flat in Basil Drive, Downham Market, on May 23, 2010.
Officers from the Major Investigation Team (MIT) carried out a lengthy investigation into the case.
It began with a full forensic examination of Mr Hogan's flat on the outskirts of Downham, along with a search of neighbouring properties and house-to-house enquiries around the estate.
A post mortem into his death was inconclusive. Tests were carried out for the presence of poison, it was reported at the time.
An inquest, which was held in January 2011, saw coroner William Armstrong record an open verdict due to insufficient evidence.
But he stated that Mr Hogan, 59, did not kill himself or die of natural causes.
Police have always regarded his death as suspicious. A man was arrested after Mr Hogan's body was found. But he was later released without charge.
Today father-of-five Mr Hogan's family have renewed their appeal saying: 'Once again, we have reached another sad anniversary of Dad's death.
'As each year passes, it doesn't get any easier for us and now, seven years on, we are still without answers as to how or why he died.
'A father, brother, grandfather and a great grandfather to a grandchild he never got to meet. We would not wish the distress and grief we have suffered as a family on anyone and it continues to go on without closure.
'If anyone knows anything about the circumstances surrounding Dad's death, please come forward and help us get justice for Jan.'
Police say the investigation continues, with officers ready to look at any new information which could bring justice for Mr Hogan and closure for his loved ones.
Det Insp Stuart Chapman, from the joint Norfolk and Suffolk MIT, added: 'There are lines of enquiry that are being progressed in relation to this investigation and I would urge anyone with any information regarding Jan's death to contact us.'
