Windows, furniture and sanitary ware were smashed at the College of West Anglia's Plaxtole House at the end of July. Taps were turned on, causing extensive flooding, while computers were smashed and thrown from windows.
Four males aged from 12 to 17 will be appearing before King's Lynn magistrates on Tuesday morning.
The youths, who can not be named for legal reasons, are charged with burglary and criminal damage.
