People living along the River Yare have been warned flooding is possible today after an alert was issued.
A flood alert has been issued by the Environment Agency for the tidal River Yare with flooding possible from Thorpe St Andrew to Breydon Water.
The forecast high water is due at Great Yarmouth at 8.15am with river levels likely to peak at Brundall at 11.15am.
The high tide levels are due to tide locking resulting from strong winds on the east coast.
