The world's first 'Pancrobat' took Shrove Tuesday to new heights this year - by tossing pancakes at the top of Happisburgh lighthouse.
Daredevil Ben Sparrow visited the north Norfolk landmark to celebrate pancake day.
He demonstrated his flipping skills by tossing pancakes at the iconic red and white striped lighthouse - which is the only independently run lighthouse left in UK.
The stunt was organised by the Happy Egg Company as pancake lovers across the county attempted to make their own, while keeping their feet firmly on the ground.
Ben, who came armed with his own frying pan and a cordless hot top stove strapped to his back, said: 'I just couldn't resist.'
And he added: 'The emotional reaction of the unsuspecting workers when I arrived to flip pancakes was so heart-warming and an experience I will never forget.'
