Dubbed 'the toughest obstacle yet' by event creator and Cbeebies presenter Alex Winters, the 30m long gauntlet-style obstacle will join nine other challenges that make up the course, including the 2,000ft long Thriller - Europe's tallest inflatable slide.

Up to 5,000 runners will take on Gung-Ho! on Saturday, September 16 when it arrives at Earlham Park, Norwich hitting speeds of 40MPH at certain points.

This year, Norwich is the penultimate stop on the course's 14-date tour of the UK.
