Firefighters were called out in Norwich in the early hours of this morning after a man got himself stuck in a child's swing.
One fire engine from Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service's new Carrow base was called to the incident at 3.37am.
The man had got stuck in the swing in Chapelfield Gardens and the officers used small equipment to help release him.
