Firefighters carry out bird rescue in Lowestoft

Three fire crews were called to rescue a bird caught on a pole in Lowestoft.
Crews from Lowestoft South, Great Yarmouth and Gorleston were called to Commercial Road on Saturday at around 5.30pm.
They spent just over an hour carrying out the rescue, using an aerial ladder platform.
Once released, the bird was handed over to the care of the RSPCA.
