Fire crews were called out to building fires in Bowthorpe and Norwich overnight.
Two fire crews - from Earlham and Carrow - attended a fire at a property in Eaton Street in Norwich at about 2.50am this morning. The crews used hose reel jets to put out the fire and a positive pressure fan to clear smoke from the property.
At about the same time fire crews from Earlham, Sprowston and Hethersett were called to a fire at a property in Ladysmock Way in Bowthorpe. The fire was put out before the crews arrived at the scene but firefighters used a positive pressure fan to ventilate the building.
