Earlier, police issued a warning earlier after buildings on a former garden centre at South Brink, Wisbech, caught fire.

The blaze produced clouds of thick smoke and the nearby A47 was closed at the height of the fire.

This afternoon, Cambridgeshire police said: 'While emergency services remain at the scene, the fire is under control and smoke has now cleared. Members of the public can reopen windows and doors.

Roads in the area are also open. The fire is not being treated as deliberate.'
