Two fire crews were called to help a child in Norwich who had got their arm trapped in a lift.
Norfolk Fire Service received the call at 12.40pm to Heathgate and sent crews from Sprowston and Carrow to the scene. They used hand appliances to release the arm and were on the scene for 10 minutes.
The East of England Ambulance Service were also called but did not send a crew to the scene and instead offered advice to the child's mother over the phone about how to treat the bruising on the arm which had been trapped.
