Christmas crafts ranging from the Tudor, Georgian, Victorian and 20th century times were on offer at a Norfolk museum at the weekend.
Children took part in a range of activities at Ancient House in Thetford on Saturday as part of a crafts from the past event at the historic venue.
Families got involved in making Victorian Christmas crackers, paper angels, Georgian quilling techniques, and made Tudor pomanders out of oranges and cloves to help ward off infection.
Melissa Hawker, learning officer for Ancient House, said it was the third time the attraction in White Hart Street had organised the festive crafts event and it was pleasing to see people of all ages getting involved in making presents and decorations.
'We are making it fun and there are lots of activities for all ages,' she said.
Ancient House also runs a free after school history club on a Wednesday and some spaces are still available in January. For more information, call 01842 752599.
