Norwich is to play host to wrestling clash of the titans, when two former WWE competitors collide.

In 2013, Alberto del Rio and Jack Swagger competed for the WWE World Championship in front of 80,000 people at Wrestlemania 29, the professional wrestling equivalent of the World Cup Final.

Now, the pair will meet in a rematch at Epic Studios, at Norwich-based company World Association of Wrestling's latest television tapings.

Zak Knight of WAW said: 'This is without a doubt the biggest match we have ever put on in Norwich. The fact that this is a Wrestlemania rematch is absolutely huge for us.

'Jack Swagger was only released by WWE two days ago, and now he's going to be in Norwich. The fact that we were able to attract him so quickly shows how far we have come as a company.'
