Emergency services have been called to a crash on the A140 at Newton Flotman.
Police tweeted to say the incident was on the Norwich bound side of the road, and there may be delays while it is being dealt with.
Fire crews from Long Stratton and Earlham attended the scene to make the vehicles safe.
