Emergency services remained for some time at the scene of a 'serious incident' on Salisbury Road in Great Yarmouth.
Paramedics, firefighters and police were all called at around 12.30pm today, though full details are currently unavailable.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service Trust said: ''EEAST received a call today at 12.33pm to reports of a serious incident on Salisbury Road in Great Yarmouth.
'We have sent a rapid response vehicle, ambulance officer, ambulance crew, and air ambulance to assist.
'One patient is involved but we do not know the condition/age/gender of them at this moment.'
