Norfolk fire service said crews from King's Lynn and Downham were sent to the collision, which involved a car and a minibus.
It happened just after 4.30pm in Downham Road. A spokesman for the ambulance service said a rapid responsse car was sent to the scene.
He said an elderly person travelling in the car was treated for a minor cut to the face, which did not require hospital treatment.
