An elderly motorist drove into the side of a building in Hellesdon after hitting the wrong pedal.
Emergency services, including fire crews from Sprowston and Earlham, were called to reports of a single vehicle crash on Reepham Road, Hellesdon, at just after 7.40pm tonight (Monday, February 6).
A spokesman in the Norfolk police control room said the elderly driver of the Honda Jazz had crashed into a building after he 'hit the wrong pedal'.
Ambulance crews also attended but there were no injuries following the crash.
Fire crews helped to make the scene safe.
