One of the University of East Anglia's (UEA) iconic ziggurat buildings has been named in a list of the top student accommodation halls in the country.

Norfolk Terrace ranked at 30 of 50, coming in just below The Quads at The University of Bath and just above Telford at Loughborough University.

The list was compiled by StudentCrowd, who analysed 10,834 reviews by students and graduates of the halls they lived in during their time at university.

The overall score of each accommodation building was based on various criteria, including value for money, location, management, cleanliness, social space, events and WiFi.

Students were asked to give their halls between one and five stars for each of these things.

At the top end of the list was Falkner Eggington at Loughborough University, while Keynes College at the University in Kent came in 50th place.
