About 200 students took part in the event held by the UEA Business School on Tuesday, February 27.

The event was held to promote trade with China and offer producers from Norfolk an opportunity for regional branding, product offering and develop in the market.

Senior lecturer at UEA, Min Zhang, said: “The event helps the food and drink producers in East Anglia to test their products in the Chinese market and provides the Chinese students at UEA an opportunity to understand British food.”

Student Anni Valentine spoke at the event and said: “It was a wonderful opportunity to network and work alongside industry professionals. The event was a success and I look forward to seeing the results of the research gained.”
