Cromer Academy students flocked to the parish church for the annual festive service.
More than 450 students and members of the public packed the pews to hear carols, readings, choral songs, and soloists.
Head Penny Bignell said the service which involved all age groups was the school's final event before Christmas.
Students had a carol concert at the school earlier in the week, and had also been to local care homes to sing festive songs.
Visitors to the church service were welcomed at the church door by the skirl of bagpipes played by former pupil Jimmy Green from Northrepps.
