Young music makers can hone their skills at school of rock workshops.
Rock Schools at Community Music East will give young people who are taking singing lessons or learning to play instruments the chance to make music with others, develop song writing skills and pick up performance tips. The workshops are part funded by Youth Music, which aims to improve young people's lives through music.
Rock School for seven to 12 year olds will be held on Thursday, February 24 from 10am to 1pm, priced �10 (�5 concessions), at CME, King Street, Norwich. Beginners are welcome.
Rock School for 12 to 18 year olds will be on Wednesday, February 23 from 10am to 4pm, priced �25 (�15 concessions), at Access to Music, King Street, Norwich.
