Can you help Norfolk's Cassie Hill compete in the World Martial Arts Games?

Cassie Hill, 18, is a member of the Chinto Karate Group in Great Yarmouth, and has qualified to represent Team GB in the 10th World Martial Art Games in South Africa this October.

This in itself is an amazing achievement but it's not the first time Cassie has represented Team GB on the international stage: she has already won four bronze medals in Vancouver (2014) and three silver medals in Austria (2013).

Cassie has been training in martial arts since the age of four and it's a really important part of her life.

Cassie said: 'I would like to take the opportunity to participate in the world games in South Africa because this is a sport I have been a part of and has been life changing for me.'

Competitors in the World Martial Arts Games need to raise their own funds to take part in the competition and Cassie is aiming to fundraise £1,500 to get her to South Africa and compete. It would be hugely disappointing for Cassie if she was unable to make the games, after getting this far. If she can make it to South Africa, perhaps she can come home with a gold?

An incredible amount of money has already been raised but Cassie needs your help to reach her target and realise her dream of a gold medal.
