An auction of promises to raise funds for a school near Norwich has been postponed.

Cringleford Primary School had been due to host the auction this Saturday but the event will now take place on Saturday, May 12 at 7pm.

Viv March, chairman of Cringleford Primary School PTA, said it was decided to make the change because the original date will clash with the Norwich City football match against Liverpool at Carrow Road. She said people who had already bought tickets would be given the chance to change their tickets or have a refund.

Among the many lots up for auction are a personal performance by The Voice singer Benjamin Lake, a tour of the Houses of Parliament, a week in a luxury chalet in the French Alps, and hampers of goodies created by Cringleford school pupils.
