Nominations are being sought for Norfolk's unsung heroes who help young people and vulnerable adults to make the most of outdoor learning opportunities.
A reception, hosted by Norfolk County Council chairman Shelagh Hutson will take place in March in honour of the people who devote their time and energy to helping others outside of the classroom.
The authority wants members of the public to nominate an unsung hero to attend the reception by writing to Catherine Wilkinson, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2DH or by emailing catherine.wilkinson@norfolk.gov.uk, by Friday March 9.
Mrs Hutson said those volunteers supporting outdoor learning gave young and vulnerable people 'wonderful opportunities'.
