The event at Elveden Estate is taking place on March 25, and provides both a six and 10 mile course, with 20-35 obstacles, lots of mud, slides, straw bales and challenging hurdles.

The charity is selling off the last lot of tickets for this event, with entries closing at midnight on Monday, March 12.

This year the event will play host to some new and more challenging obstacles and even more mud. As a nod to the teamwork and bravery of the crews aboard their two helicopters, EAAA is this year encouraging teams to get involved and highlight the individual skills they each bring to make their team work.

Catrina Laskey, events manager at EAAA, said: 'We are down to our last lot of tickets, and we would really love for this to be a sell out event. We have a couple of spaces left in the 10 mile races at 9.30am and 11am and plenty of spaces in the six mile 2pm race. It's going to be a fantastic day with lots of mud, teamwork and laughter and we really can't wait to see everyone there joining in the action'.

The charity is also still looking for volunteers for the event to fill a variety of different roles. If you would like to give up even just a couple of hours of your time email events@eaaa.org.uk for more information.
