A driver has denied causing the death by careless driving of a 78 year-old man following a three-car collision on the A146 at Thurton last summer.
Melanie Last, 49, of Burlingham Drive, Carlton Colville, pleaded not guilty to causing the death of William Plewman on June 29 2015, when she appeared at Norwich Crown Court.
Last, who is on bail had her trial fixed to take place on December 19 this year. The trial is expected to last four days.
Mr Plewman, who was driving a Mazda car, was airlifted to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital suffering from chest injuries but died 10 days later on July 9.
