Detectives in Norwich are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman in Costessey.
Police were called to an address on Dereham Road, on the corner of Horseshoe Close, shortly after 10am this morning (Sunday) after the body of a woman in her 40s was discovered. Until a post-mortem examination is completed, police are treating the death as 'unexplained'.
Speaking at the scene, Det Chief Insp Neil Firm of Norfolk police said: 'We are treating the death as unexplained at this moment in time, and inquiries are continuing.'
