The Dereham and Farringdon offices of Zip Water UK have raised thousands of pounds for three chosen charities after a month of fundraising, culminating in a 350 mile bike ride.

The staff at Zip Water worked alongside sister company Instanta to raise £5,019 for Cancer Research UK, The Royal British Legion and Queenscourt Hospice.

The company based their fundraising activities around the theme of hydration and ended with a four-day, 350 mile bike ride, which saw team members setting off from Instanta's factory in Southport, Merseyside and cycling down to Zip's head office in Dereham before finishing at the company's London base in Farringdon.

Zip marketing director Russell Owens said: 'After four days of hail, rain, wind, some sun, a few hills and some beautiful scenery, we're delighted to have completed the challenge and raised such a fantastic amount for charity.'
