Police have today named the driver who died following a road traffic collision at Dunston on Saturday. He is 33-year-old Lee Andrew Stimpson.
Police have today named the driver who died following a road traffic collision at Dunston on Saturday.
He is 33-year-old Lee Andrew Stimpson. Two boys who were passengers in his car were injured, but their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Mr Stimpson's burgundy-coloured Peugeot 306 was travelling south on the A140 towards Ipswich when it collided with a black Honda 125cc motorcycle which was waiting at the end of the driveway to the Dunston Hall Hotel at about 8.25pm.
The 23-year-old driver of the motorcycle, who also died as a result of the collision, has not been named.
