Emergency services have treated a man, believed to be in his 20s, for head injuries following a collision on Normanston Drive in Lowestoft.
Police were alerted today at 3.16pm to reports of a collision between a Volkswagen Golf car and cyclist, which had seen the cyclist knocked off his bike.
Two ambulance crews from East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust, a rapid response vehicle and an air ambulance also attended the scene to treat the man before he was taken by land ambulance to James Paget University Hospital for further treatment.
A spokesman from East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust said: 'The man sustained head injuries but these are not thought to be life threatening or life changing and he has been taken to hospital for treatment.'
