A cyclist suffered serious injuries this morning after a collision involving large goods vehicle on a busy stretch of dual carriageway. The accident happened at 6.40am at Trowse, near Norwich on the Yarmouth bound carriageway of the A47.
The cyclist was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and his condition is described as very poorly.
Police have closed the road between the A140 and Postwick turn offs and diversions are in place.
