A Cromer photographer is hosting a marathon session at her studio in a bid to capture 2012 portraits in a day for charity.
Amy Worley of Amy Elizabeth Photography in West Street is taking part in the Great Big British Portrait Marathon on August 11-12 - starting at noon on the Saturday and running non-stop for 26 hours and 38 minutes.
The nationwide event is being organised by Sussex-based photographer Paul Inskip who said he realised it was a 'long shot' but was hoping studios could raise good sums towards the Macmillan Cancer Support from each location.
The marathon is also meant to be fun, with people being asked to turn up in their working clothes, uniforms, or hobby wear.
Amy, formerly from Cawston, who does mostly wedding and portrait work, can be contacted on 01263 513255.
