The trial of three men accused of being involved in a burglary at a flat in Lowestoft is expected to take place in November.
Andrew Reilly, 31, of Notley Road, Lowestoft, Shinda Lee, 32, from Lowestoft but of no fixed abode, and Stephen Lee, 34, of Melbourne Road in Lowestoft, all appeared at Ipswich Crown Court on Tuesday, August 4, for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
Stephen Lee appeared in person at the court while Shinda Lee and Reilly appeared via a prison video link.
All three pleaded not guilty to burglary at a flat in Victoria Terrace, Lowestoft on July 15 and stealing a mobile phone.
Their trial, which is expected to last two to three days, is expected to take place during a two week warned list commencing November 16.
Stephen Lee is on bail and Reilly and Shinda Lee were remanded in custody.
